The Rejoyn online registration portal allows you to request access to the Rejoyn app for your patients and is only for healthcare professionals who are recommending Rejoyn.
TO BEGIN REQUESTING ACCESS CODES FOR YOUR PATIENTS, PLEASE LOG IN AND FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.
LOGINPlease follow the below process to request an access code for your patient

Please register and log in to the online registration portal

Once you have logged in, select ‘request access code’ and input patient information

Please let your patient know they will receive their access code for Rejoyn via email and remind them to activate it
